The floor plan allows everyone to enjoy each others company with a loft for additional space to work & play while overlooking the cabin from above!

There is a sofa couch in living room that can sleep 2 adults.

For guest enjoyment, there is a wood burning fireplace available for use. Firewood can be obtained locally. Outside, the home features a propane grill** and wood firepit with Adirondack chairs.

** We do not provide propane for the grill. There is an honor system where guests leave full tanks behind for the next guests to use and so forth. **

The Hyland Hilltop Retreat is in a gated community which only permits registered guests and vehicles. Upon arrival, please check in at the kiosk in the guest lane. Access to the property is self-service with a code to the keypad lock. Please make sure preauthorized vehicles are parked in the driveway (not on the grass please) and not on the street or easement at the end of the driveway. Any violations will be at the expense of the guest.

The lake and pool is closed for the remainder of the year. It will reopen Memorial Day weekend 2023.

There is a form to be filled out 3 days prior to your stay to access the gated community. If you are booking within 48 hours to check-in, the community will impose a $75 fee. Any reservations 3 days prior to check-in will have a base $40 charge to access the community.
