Newly renovated from top to bottom!! Everything is brand new. All bedrooms equipped with lux memory foam mattresses, new fluffy pillows, fresh white linens and towels.

**Please note the sunroom is a not heated, it can be a little chilly in the sunroom there during winter months. There is a small space heater in there if you wish to use it

Downstairs is spacious with an open concept floor-plan & vaulted ceilings. Lots of room for family and friends to mingle. We have a smart TV in the living room you are welcome to sign into your netflix / amazon accounts.

The kitchen is equipped with all new stainless steel appliances, drip coffee machine, pots / pans & cooking utensils. Feel free to use the kitchen and laundry machine amenities as you please. There are AC units in each of the bedrooms you are welcome to use.
